In the highly competitive e-commerce market, finding the perfect pair of shoes often becomes a frustrating experience for customers. Young shoppers struggle to find the perfect pair of trendy shoes that are both affordable and suited to their style preferences, Limited personalization, lack of size/fit guidance, and cluttered interfaces can lead to abandoned carts and unsatisfactory shopping experiences. Additionally, customers often struggle to compare designs and prices efficiently.
Objective
To design a user-friendly and visually appealing shoe shopping app that:
Simplifies the product search and selection process.
Offers personalized recommendations based on user preferences and browsing history.
Provides a seamless checkout experience with clear size/fit guidance and return policies.
Enhances decision-making through features like price comparisons, and customer reviews.
Encourages customer engagement through loyalty programs, seasonal offers, and interactive design.
Design Process

My design process follows a comprehensive approach that ensures user-centered solutions through five key phases: Research, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. This methodology allows me to deeply understand user needs, identify pain points, and create innovative solutions that address real problems. Each phase builds upon the insights gained from the previous one, resulting in a refined and effective final product.
