Design Process

My design process follows a comprehensive approach that ensures user-centered solutions through five key phases: Research, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. This methodology allows me to deeply understand user needs, identify pain points, and create innovative solutions that address real problems. Each phase builds upon the insights gained from the previous one, resulting in a refined and effective final product.
This iterative process ensured that the final product would effectively address user needs while maintaining high usability standards.

Goal

Quantitative Research
Conducted a survey of 25 individuals across different demographics to identify the frequency of laundry needs, preferred laundry services, and key factors influencing the choice of laundry solutions.
Qualitative Research
Users needs laundry app that offers convenient and flexible scheduling with reliable pickup and delivery services They prioritize an easy-to-use interface, affordability, and assurance of high-quality care for their garments Additionally, users value security for their personal data and prefer sustainable and Eco-friendly practices.
USER PERSONA
User personas are fictional representation of key characters of target audience, created based on research to reflect their behaviors, goals, motivations, and pain points. It helps designers make user-centered decisions by understanding the needs and expectations of the app’s primary users.

User Flow
User flow is visual representation of the steps a users takes to complete a task within an app or website. It maps out the user’s journey through different screens or interactions, helping designers optimize the navigation and ensure a smooth, intuitive experience.

Empathy Mapping
Empathy mapping is a tool used to gain a deeper understanding of users by visualizing their thoughts, feeling, needs, and behaviors. It helps designers empathize with the users and uncover insights that drive more user-centered design decisions. The map typically includes sections for what the users thinks, says, does, and feels.
